I partnered with Bryan and Kelly for 9 years while I was Principal at Brookwood High School. I continue to partner with them in my new role at Dobyns-Bennett High School in Kingsport, TN. Bryan James and CSI are such an awesome group to work with. They make the project easy to complete. Great suggestions and they hold your hand through the entire process. We were under a tight schedule and Bryan pulled it off. He even met the UPS truck on route when it was looking like we would not receive the package before closing that day. Corporate Specialty Insignia works with our school in many capacities. One connection is with our PTSA. We have a huge annual project of providing Senior Graduation Signs that are displayed in the yard, but can also be displayed in windows, on porches, at subdivision entrances, at graduation parties, etc. CSI has produced these signs for us for several years now. The signs are beautiful and high-quality, with the option of including the student's graduation photo (a big plus!). We have worked mainly with Kelly. She is very knowledgeable and works very hard to make sure everything is in order. Kelly and Bryan have always given top-notch service and care. I can highly recommend CSI!
There was some damage during shipping to a couple of our cups' lids and Bryan worked quickly and didn't let some miscommunications from his supplier get in his way. He delivered in time for our teacher appreciation week. That extra personal touch is why I'll continue to call on Bryan to support our needs. You all are very much appreciated.

I filled up your sample cup (32oz) with ice that had been sitting in a cheap cooler for about 4 hours. The ice was already wet when I loaded it into your cup. I came back to the cup 24 hours later and the cup still had about half of the ice. I came back the following day and the ice was melted, but the water was still very, very cold. If I had used good ice, rather than the ice from the cafeteria ice machine, I believe the ice would have lasted even longer. I was so impressed that I decided to order 110 so I had extra's to give out to special guests.
